Our e-book reader allows you to read electronic books in a variety of formats. It utilizes the Cool Reader engine, but with a redesigned user interface that incorporates OpenGL for hardware acceleration.
This e-book reader is specifically optimized for new devices with high screen resolutions and tablets.
While some features of the old Cool Reader, such as text-to-speech and dictionary support, are not yet implemented in this version, it does offer improved OPDS support and a better file browser.
You can install this e-book reader alongside the old Cool Reader, as it uses a separate storage location for settings, book positions, and bookmarks.
To add a bookmark, simply long tap on a word and select "Add bookmark" from the popup menu.
